Through secure virtual consultations, our medical team offers personalized guidance, timely support, and care recommendations designed around your individual health needs without the need to visit the clinic in person.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $55 booking deposit is required at the time of scheduling. The $55 deposit is not an additional fee—it will be applied toward your final bill at the time of your in-office visit. The remaining balance for your consultation or services will be due during your appointment. Please note: A $55 booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit will be credited toward your final invoice on the day of your visit. The remaining balance is payable in the office at the conclusion of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide adequate notice in accordance with our cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
